What colors of chairs do you offer?
We are always looking to provide you with more options. Please check our style section for our latest offerings. If you don’t see what you are looking for please inquire about additional colors or options.
Are reservations required?
In order to guarantee that you receive your rental according to your specifications we require a reservation. This allows us to avoid double booking events and allows us to provide the best service to you.
How do payments work?
We require a 30% deposit for your rental upon reservation and the full payment a minimum of days before your event. We accept cash, check, as well as major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Where can you deliver?
Deliveries anywhere within a 30 mile radius of downtown Portland Oregon falls under our flat delivery and setup fee. Please inquire about any deliveries outside of this area and we can give you a quote based on your event location.
What does delivery include?
Our delivery service includes the delivery of your rental to your event location. In addition to this we will set up the chairs however you decide. Once your event is finished we will pick up your rental all for one flat rate.
What do I need to use the floor plan app?
All you need is the modern web browser to use the app. We recommend Google Chrome but the latest versions of IE and Firefox should work just fine. If you have any issues or questions please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org
